RETURN POLICY For 30 days we will accept returns for exchange or full refund of any product found defective under the manufacturer’s warranty. Call 866-238-7925 for a (RA) Return Authorization Number. Use only the Original Package to ship returns in. Be sure to insure the return for full value along with a Proof of Delivery Tag. Shipping Costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and are Non Refundable. All merchandise shipped via UPS or FEDEX is insured for your full investment value from our warehouses. If a package arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly file a claim for your loss with the delivering agency. Note! All returns get Carefully Inspected to see if they meet the criteria for Warranty exchange or refund. Shipping damage is Not a Manufacturer’s Defect. Warranty All merchandise sold via E-Commerce by Classic Designs is thoroughly inspected for manufacturing defects before packaging and therefore should arrive in a condition, which is consistent with product descriptions. For 30 days if for any reason a manufacturing defect exists that would render the product unusable, we will promptly exchange the product with the same item at no charge after a proper return has been made. See the RETURN POLICY. Shipping Methods All merchandise values include shipping to the contiguous lower 48 United States. We ship goods via FEDEX Ground in order we can track the delivery of products so they be able to provide customers with adequate insurance in the event of shipping damage. US Postal Services may be used to deliver some lighter goods if it would save us shipping expenses. All goods will carry proof of delivery documentation. For shipments outside of the contiguous lower 48 states, E-mail us for a shipping quote, which would be in addition to the featured item’s value. We use only ground delivery methods to keep your investment to a minimum. Expect 3 to 10 business day delivery for merchandise. Your investment will be shipped from our location closest to you after the use of your credit card has been verified.
